From the Beverage Division

A selection to taste.

This booklet accompanies the sample set shared with your purchasing team. It brings together eleven wines across Champagne, sparkling, white and red — a spread built to sit comfortably on a resort list, from the by-the-glass pour to the cellar reference.

Each wine is here on its own merit: a classed Champagne house alongside a boutique blanc de blancs, a benchmark Gavi next to a Chablis, an Uco Valley Malbec beside a Tuscan coastal red. We have kept the notes short and honest, and shown independent critic scores and competition results only where they could be verified.

We would be glad to pour the full set with your sommelier and F&B team at the property, and to talk through formats, vintages and allocation for those that earn a place on your list.

Pouring the range.

  • Pinot Noir — lightly chilled, 14–16 °C.
  • Malbec & Tuscan red — 16–18 °C; both open up with a short decant.
  • Storage — hold on side, away from light and heat; sparkling upright once chilled for service.
